Pleasure hikes

In partnership with ClubAventure, specialised in hiking for pleasure for more then 30 years, we offer an original concept of hiking for baby-boomers and families, in France and abroad, characterised by:

• A maximum of 6 hours of walking a day
• Small-sized groups of 9 to 10 persons
• A more comfortable type of accommodation than with standard hikes
• Every 3 to 4 days: a recreational stopover in a charm hotel with relaxation time and authentic dinner party
• A possible combination of hiking alternating with balneotherapy sessions or cultural visits

A different way of travelling

For 7 years, keeping to its open-minded and outgoing nature, the “Vacances Bleues -Voyager Autrement” programme has offered tours combining tourist activities with a spirit of discovery of the visited countries’ social and economic realities.
The objective of this programme is to have a better understanding of the visited countries’ economic and social situation, as well as to appreciate the job performed by dynamic associations working in relation to health, children’s education or economic development.

Meeting people: the “Voyager Autrement/a Different Way of Travelling” programme suggests going and meeting people who work for their country’s development, such as local associations, Non-Governmental Organisations, people setting up small firms, teachers, doctors, artists, …They will contribute to enriching your understanding of the visited country.

The “Voyager Autrement” organised tours guarantee a quality discovery of various tourist sites in good conditions, which include regular airline flights, small-sized groups with a maximum of 10 to 20 participants, minibus, train or boat transportations. Accommodation in good-comfort standard hotels is favoured.

Bonding: “Voyager Autrement”’s objective is to develop lasting links with people involved in development. Bringing a financial contribution to promote their activities, as well as making travellers aware of development actions is also a direct goal.
